The Town Council adopts a Code of Ordinances to safeguard the community from blight, protect property values, and to maintain the safety and welfare of the residents. Together as a community, we can work to preserve the integrity of the neighborhoods of the Town of Haverhill.
The Public Services Coordinator/Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for interpreting and applying Town Codes and Ordinances, as well as administration of the Town's Flood Plain Management Policies & Procedures, with a focus on code compliance, emergency management, stormwater systems, irrigation, roads and general building maintenance operations.
