PALM BEACH COUNTY 2025-26 HEIRS' PROPERTY FAMILY WEALTH PROTECTION FUND PROJECT KICKS OFF JUNE 1, 2025

The County has partnered with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. for implementation of the Heir’s Project. This initiative is funded by a grant to preserve generational wealth and promote community stability by providing legal services to eligible homeowners for the creation of estate plans, wills, deeds, and the clearing of tangled property titles.
