The Town Administrator serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the Town, overseeing all departments and the day to day operations of the Town. The Town Administrator is appointed by the Town Council and is responsible for the implementation of the Town Council's legislative policies. The Town Administrator prepares and presents the annual budget to the Town Council for approval and ensures that all expenditures are within the limits of the adopted budget. The Town Administrator prepares monthly financial reports for submission to the Town Council, and ensures that the Town's financial statements are audited annually in accordance with State Statutes.
